Stages of cooperation for delivery and mounting of the building

Still on this stage we take into account all peculiarities of the business technology of our customer and offer customized commercially feasible construction solutions - Elaboration and offering of project financing types:
letter of credit, purchase of the building as overseas investment to the authorized capital of foreign investment enterprise; loan granting by the partner bank. - Elaboration of the technical reference of the building
- Calculation and project development of the building
- Approval of the designs with the Customer
- Putting of the building into operation.
Production of the complete building with space of 5 thousand sq. m lasts 4 weeks. - If the building space exceeds 5 thousand sq. m rest of the building is produced and delivered in accordance with the mounting schedule agreed upon with the Customer
- Building mounting.
Precision and fabricability of the parts manufactured by one manufacturer guarantee the shortest possible terms of mounting. For instance, mounting term of the building with space of 5 thousand sq. m totals to 4 weeks. - Personnel of the Mounting Division of our company are certified by the manufacturer.
- After-sales and service maintenance.
Karkas Company undertakes to perform annual technical inspection of the building during four years and to assume warranty obligations of bearing capability of the building for its operation period. It implies that we guarantee operation characteristics of the building prescribed by the project if the building operation is appropriate. In addition, we provide warranty period of 10 years for envelop structures depending upon environment and operation circumstances.
